1. Supervising Customer Support executives to ensure proper customer complaints handling and for regular feedback from customers over call 2. Ensuring each customer complaint/feedback is logged in the system 3. Coordinating with Area Managers/Supervisors daily for resolution of customer complaints and ensuring same is captured in the system 4. Coordinating with City Head and providing status of customer satisfaction across each site to give a real picture 5. Ensuring new customers added are correctly entered and tracked in the application as per the communication received from the Operations team on new customers added daily
