1.2. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
1.3. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
1.4. Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients.
1.5. Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
1.6. Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information and assist with admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
1.7. Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
1.8. Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
